Project eXcel is a Faith-based initiative that works outside and across denominations to engage in the Spiritual and Social welfare of Men and Women who have returned and are returning to society from incarceration.
Project eXcel seeks to come alongside and specialize in the after-care of Men and Women who carry and struggle with the burden of being previously incarcerated.
Through the one-on-one and small-group dynamic, and Mentoring we give personalized attention to the barriers faced and the beliefs that give them animation. Project eXcel is designed to provide a comfortable atmosphere for openness, that allows mutual edification among participants.
We also provide re-entry assistance and mentoring relationships to help them navigate the maze of reintegration. We believe, success needs a model. So we attempt to partner Men and Woman who were previously incarcerated with individuals and/or groups that will be a source of accountability and encouragement.
