Since 1992, Nicole has served alongside her husband, Willie, building a foundation of faith and service that culminated in the founding of ReClaim Ministries. Her mission is centered on the belief that every individual and family unit possesses a "Royal Identity" in Christ that can be fully restored and reclaimed. With a heart for restorative grace, Nicole focuses on the human element of reentry, strengthening the bonds between the incarcerated and their loved ones. She is instrumental in fostering "restorative community engagement," ensuring that families have the spiritual support and practical encouragement needed to break generational cycles and find lasting stability. Nicole’s work is driven by a vision of holistic healing. Through ReClaim Ministries, she empowers men, women and families to move beyond the stigma of incarceration toward a future defined by empowerment, spiritual maturity, and the hope of Christ. Based in Houston, Texas, Nicole continues to be a cornerstone of the ministry, working to ensure that as lives are restored inside correctional facilities, a healthy and welcoming community is waiting for them on the outside.
